Anglea Walker

Angela is the founder of Align, A Traditional teacher with a contemporary influence. Prioritising a movement-first approach to Pilates with a strong focus on quality and progression. She is deeply involved in both client teaching and teacher education, bringing clarity and confidence to the original system. Angela also works in partnership with leading wellness brands, including her ambassador role with lululemon.

Linda is a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, with a background in exercise referral and Karate. After a career in corporate communications, she moved into Pilates to help others feel stronger and more confident.
Her journey is personal, using Pilates to overcome physical and mental challenges, which shapes her supportive approach.
Her teaching style is enthusiastic, caring, and fun, focused on building strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

Linda Sheilds

Abbie is a Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with a background in sport, including 10 years in gymnastics and a degree in sports studies.
Her journey into Pilates started as a client, where she quickly developed a passion that progressed into teaching.
Her style is adaptable and dynamic, making sessions accessible and engaging for all levels.
Abbie enjoys supporting clients as they progress from beginners through to more advanced stages, creating a positive and supportive environment.

Shirley is a comprehensively trained Pilates teacher through the Lolita’s Legacy programme.
Her passion for Pilates comes from the way it makes her feel, and she is dedicated to helping others experience the same benefits.
Her teaching style is focused, clear, and controlled, with an emphasis on posture, precision, and getting the most from each movement.
