At Align, we believe Pilates is more than just movement, it’s about feeling good, moving well, and building the confidence to share that with others.
In partnership with MKPilates we will be running the Matwork Diploma designed to blending the experts knowledge and hands-on experience you will need to help you master the art of teaching the Mat Pilates. You will explore everything from functional anatomy, client assessment and programme design, giving you the tools to support every body.

Our approach is practical, encouraging, and rooted in the Align values of core strength, posture, flexibility, stamina, and control.
You will work closely with your tutor through a mix of one-to-one and small group sessions, receiving feedback, guidance, and encouragement every step of the way.
Assessment is varied and supportive, including practical teaching evaluations, a written workbook, and an anatomy and physiology multiple-choice exam, so you can feel confident in both your knowledge and your teaching style. This is more than a qualification. It’s a chance to immerse yourself in the Align way of teaching, warm, supportive, and community-focused.
